Wall pieces for hospital entrance

Agneta creates wall pieces for the entrance to the Department of Pediatric Oncology at Uppsala University Hospital. The wall pieces will be installed in the fall of 2016.

 

Agneta’s proposal wins commission competition

Agneta’s project proposal has won the Västra Götaland Regional Council’s commission competition for permanent artwork in 140 patient rooms at Kungälv Hospital. Agneta will create ceramic wall pieces for each of the 140 rooms in the new hospital building. The wall pieces will be installed in 2019, when the new building is planned to be completed.

 

Project proposal – Kungälv Hospital

Agneta has been selected as one of two artists by the Västra Götaland Regional Council to submit a project proposal for permanent artwork in 140 patient rooms at Kungälv Hospital. The project proposal will be submitted in August 2016.

 

New Cocktail Dress Collection

Agneta produces a series of eight full-scale ceramic cocktail dresses commissioned by a private client. The pieces, inspired by Agneta’s previous series The Cocktail Dress Collection, will be delivered in February 2016.

 

Exhibition at Vallentuna Kulturhus

Agneta participates together with fashion designer Bea Szenfeld and artist Aia Jüdes in the exhibition “Mode/Hantverk” at Vallentuna Kulturhus from 28 November 2015 – 1 February 2016.

 

Exhibition at Krapperups konsthall, Höganäs

Agneta participates in the exhibition “Bacchanalservisen” at Krapperups konsthall in Höganäs from 4 July – 2 August 2015.

 

Grant from Konsthantverkets Vänner

On 25 March 2015, Agneta was awarded a grant by Konsthantverkets Vänner.

 

Exhibition at Konsthall Märsta

Agneta exhibits four full-scale ceramic cocktail dresses as part of the exhibition “Modernt Hantverk” at Konsthall Märsta from 17 January – 16 May 2015. The ceramic cocktail dresses are part of Agneta’s series The Cocktail Dress Collection.

 

Sculptures for private home in Spain

Agneta creates large-scale sculptures for a private home in Benahavís, Spain. The sculptures will be installed on-site in January 2015.

 

Exhibition at Nivå 125 Båstad

Agneta participates in a group exhibition at Nivå 125 Båstad from 29 May – 31 August 2014. The exhibition is part of the gallery’s 10-year anniversary.

 

COLLECT 2014, Saatchi Gallery, London

Agneta exhibits new works at COLLECT 2014, the eleventh edition of the leading international art fair presented by the Crafts Council. COLLECT 2014 takes place at the Saatchi Gallery in London from 9 – 12 May. Agneta is one of six members representing blås&knåda at the annual art fair.
